Welcome to DEREED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client", "User", or "you") and DEREED Apparel Inc. ("DEREED", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and purchase of garments, footwear, accessories, and bespoke services through dereed.fashion and affiliated digital platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If accessing on behalf of a legal entity, you certify that you have full authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts & Security
When registering an account with DEREED, you agree to provide authentic, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in suspicious automated checkout behavior.
3. 500 GSM Fabrication & Specifications
DEREED garments are fabricated from dense, custom-milled 500+ GSM loopback cotton, distressed denim, and engineered hardware. Due to artisanal garment washing, botanical dye treatments, and hand-distressing techniques, slight variations in color tone, surface texture, and finish are intentional characteristics of luxury streetwear craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
4. Serialized Micro-Drops & Anti-Botting Enforcement
To maintain equal accessibility and protect the integrity of our numbered archival drops:
- We enforce strict per-customer and per-household quantity allocations (typically maximum 2 units per style).
- The use of automated scripts, checkout scrapers, sniper bots, or headless browser automation to bypass drop queues is strictly forbidden.
- Any order identified by our behavioral fraud heuristics as originating from automated checkout bots will be immediately cancelled without notice, and associated IP ranges will be permanently blacklisted.
5. Pricing, Currency & International Customs (DDP)
All prices displayed on the storefront are in the selected currency (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP, INR). For major shipping jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, UAE, Canada, Australia, Japan, India), orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable customs duties, excise taxes, and local VAT are calculated and included at checkout.
6. Order Processing & Acceptance
Receiving an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our final legal acceptance of your order. DEREED reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: unavailability of limited-edition inventory, pricing errors, suspicious fraud alerts, or shipping address validation failures. In the event of cancellation, all pre-authorized funds are promptly reversed to the original payment method.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (DHL Express / FedEx). We insure all outgoing shipments against transit loss or catastrophic package damage. In the unlikely event of a lost package, notify Sales@Dereed.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a carrier claim investigation.
8. 30-Day Returns & Lifetime Seam Warranty
30-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return or size exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfumes, and in their original packaging with serialized interior tags intact.
Lifetime Seam & Hardware Guarantee: DEREED warrants the structural stitching, flatlock seams, and zinc-alloy hardware of all main-line garments against manufacturing breakdown for the normal lifespan of the garment. If a seam or zipper fails under regular wear, our atelier will repair or refurbish it free of charge.
9. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
All content on dereed.fashion—including silhouettes, pattern engineering, lookbook photography, 3D assets, logos, brand typography, and proprietary software—is the exclusive intellectual property of DEREED Apparel Inc. and protected under international copyright, trademark, and design patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial emulation is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEREED Apparel Inc. and its officers, directors, and tailors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our aggregate total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid for the specific item in dispute.
11. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated "Last Modified" timestamp. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
