10-Day Size & Color Exchange
All ready-to-wear apparel is eligible for a 1-to-1 size, color, or fit exchange within 10 days of delivery. Cash refunds are not provided for change of mind or preference. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with original brand tags attached.
Print Quality Guarantee
Because custom garments are printed to your unique artwork specifications, personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. However, any manufacturing defect, misprint, or garment damage is replaced free of cost.
